Zeitgeist Photography Book

Zeitgeist is a publication inspired by my family’s film photography archive, spanning Germany and Canada from 1940 to 1970. Named for the German word Zeitgeist—“spirit of the age”—the piece captures the emotional tone and visual character of a past era. Influenced by Swiss design principles, the asymmetric layouts create tension and rhythm while unpacking the psychology and cultural narratives behind family photography.

Deliverables: Art direction, content curation, publication layout, film photography editing, bookbinding
